1. The Civil Service College, Mauritius (CSCM) has to provide catering services to the participants and guests who attend training and workshops organised by the College. The CSCM emphasises on healthy consumption and wishes to provide a good catering service as part of the training experience.
2. The CSCM hereby invites Service Providers to submit their proposals to provide catering service, which includes morning & afternoon tea breaks and lunch for training purposes up to a maximum of five days per week. The number of participants per day will vary between 20 to 150 people, approximatively.
3. Please note that the catering service may also be used for other official events or launching ceremonies organised by the CSCM.
4. The following documents should be submitted:
a) Annex 1: Priced Activity Schedule for Catering Services
b) Annex 2: Provision of Catering Services
5. The above mentioned documents should be sealed in a single envelope, clearly marked with “EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR CATERING SERVICES” and addressed to:

Please note that the EOI should reach the above address by 20th August 2021 by 14hr00, latest.
The Civil Service College, Mauritius have the right to:-
(a) accept or reject any proposals; and
(b) annul the EOI process and reject all proposals at any time prior to contract award, without incurring any liability towards the bidder.
8. The CSCM shall not be bound to accept the lowest or any proposals.
