Course Outline 

 

This course is about how safety and health is important at work and how poor occupational safety and health management can lead to increased cases of occupational accidents and occupational diseases. The different factors affecting our health are clearly mentioned in this course and how we can take precautions.

 

 

 

 

Course Objectives 

 

The objectives of the course are to enable participants to:

  • Understand the legal duties and responsibilities to better manage safety and health at your respective workplace, and
  • Appreciate the different provisions so as to be compliant with the Occupational Safety and Health Act 2005.

 

 

Learning Outcomes

 

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

  • the legal duties and responsibilities for the different stakeholders who have a key role in ensuring safety and health at work;
