    Dr. Girish Nuckchady

    Master Trainer for British Council in Leadership

    Dr. Girish Nuckchady has around 30 years’ working experience, the major part being in Tertiary Education and Corporate Training. He holds a PhD in Management from WITS Business School, South Africa and had his done his tertiary education in France, England, Mauritius and South Africa. He won the second Prize as the best PhD Presentation at the WITS Post Graduate Symposium in 2013. He has been certified by both Dale Carnegie® Training (USA) and Leadership Management® International (USA) as a trainer when he was working with these global training companies in the past.

    Dr. Aumwatee Sreekeessoon

    Assistant Director of Youth Affairs

    Dr. Sreekeessoon holds a Commonwealth Diploma in Youth and Development, as well as a Degree in Social Work from the University of Mauritius. She has also completed a Masters Degree in Human Resource Studies at the University of Mauritius, she holds a Doctoral Degree from the University of Mauritius. She is presently working as a Principal Youth Officer in the government sector, and besides her academic training and ongoing research experience, she is also equipped with training and facilitation skills. She has been involved in training at local and international level with the CJSOI and the CONFEJES.

    Irvin COLLENDAVELLOO

    Barrister-at-law

    Irvin Collendavelloo is a practising barrister in Mauritius. He is a member of the Honourable Society of Gray’s Inn and was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2016. He is a partner at the law firm Etude Patten-Collendavelloo. After completing his LL.B at the University of East Anglia in Norwich, he completed his Bar Professional Training Course at the University of West England, Bristol. Prior to becoming a litigator, Irvin has acquired considerable knowledge in the political and humanitarian fields, having worked for the United Nations Human Rights Committee and the United Nations CEDAW Committee in Geneva as well as the French National Assembly in Paris.

    Senior lecturer/Professor

    Prof. Chelumbrun worked as Senior lecturer/Professor at Napier University, The University of Mauritius, and University of Technology. Prof. Chelumbrun has significant higher education leadership experience working as Dean of the Faculty of law and Management at the University of Seychelles. During his 5 years in Seychelles he also developed a Bar Vocational Course which got the approval of the Seychelles’ Judiciary and is now being implemented to train law graduates for practice in Seychelles. Prof. Chelumbrun has a BSc. (Chem. Biol.); MBA; PhD. (Int Mar), LLB. (Hons.), and a PhD in Law. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management.

    Mr MOSAFEER, Acting Deputy Director (Procurement and Supply) at Ministry of Finance and Economic Development (Master’s Degree in Public Sector Management) and a Member of the Charterer Institute of Procurement and Supply, England. He is reckoning 45 years’ experience in public procurement and supply management. He is part-time lecturer at the University of Technology, Mauritius on procurement and supply modules. Furthermore, he has been a resource person for the ex-Training Unit of the Ministry of Civil Service Affairs and I have followed the International Training Methodology Course in Malaysia in March 1995 under the Malaysian Technical Co-operation Programme.

    Professor Torul has achieved a distinguished career during the last 46 years as renowned academic and a professional in the field of Employment Law, and has gained a reputation of excellence, both nationally and internationally, which is reflected in the record of significant accomplishments in various countries such as South Africa, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Zambia, Lesotho, India and Belgium including Mauritius and Rodrigues Island. Professor Torul has been engaged in extensive research on developing an integrative and inclusive framework for the standardisation of labour legislation and social protection in the SADC region.

    Mr Loganaden MARKANDA MUDALI

    Retired Civil Servant

    Worked during forty two years in the government service. Retired in 2016 after having occupied the post of Registrar, Public and Disciplined Forces Service Commission during thirty years. Conferred the award of PMSM, by the President of the Republic in 2017.The records of Registry of the PSC has been the first of its kind to have been successfully computerised since 1997. Have greatly contributed in the drawing up of the Procedure Manual of the Registry, 2017.
